On November 1, All Saints Day, the Spanish have habit of going to cemeteries to honor our dead, but we also have a Valencia City Council initiative that allows our municipal cemetery tour through the most famous graves, valuable and representative.
The “Museum of Silence” as the project has been christened, looks at the life of some of the most illustrious Valencian who rest in this cemetery. And, among others, includes a tour of 15 tombs, among which the writer Blasco Ibanez, the painter Joaquin Sorolla and the sculptor Mariano Benlliure.
